  • Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective, contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not available once payment and product inspection are completed.

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order and request a refund only if it has not been shipped.

  • Return Within 48 Hours: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. The product should be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. COD items cannot be returned after inspection and payment.
